POLICIES
RETURN POLICY:
Pivot Point is proud to provide you with the highest quality educational products and tools available on the market.
Our Customer Service Representatives are always available to assist you with your order. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Our 30-day Return Policy states that items purchased may be returned within 30 days from date of invoice for a full refund or replacement. Please call customer service at 1800 066 298 for a return authorisation.
Important note: All returned items must be in their original packaging and in original condition.
MANUFACTURER’S DEFECT POLICY:
Defective goods must be reported and returned for replacement within the first 30 days from the date of invoice.
Pivot Point is not responsible for the freight charges incurred in returning items to our warehouse, or for freighting new or replacement items unless in the case of goods damaged while in transit.
